The Clayton Early Childhood Center is excited to welcome new students to our FREE play-based preschool for 3 and 4-year-old Clayton residents at Herma Simmons Elementary School. Space is limited! At Clayton Public School District, Black history is taught, honored, and celebrated all year long. Families in our community are invited to attend an Energy Assistance Enrollment Event to get help applying for state-funded programs that may lower utility bills and prevent service disruption.

⏰ Time: 2:00–6:00 PM
Eligible households can receive assistance enrolling in energy support programs. All utility customers are welcome.
⚠️ Reminder: The Winter Moratorium ends March 15 — don’t wait to get the help you need.

• Lease/mortgage
• Recent gas & electric bills
• Proof of income
• IDs & Social Security cards for household members

This additional time allows for safer road conditions and proper preparation of school facilities.
