✨Clean Hands = Healthy Schools✨

As we head into the season of colds and flu, let’s remember one of the simplest (and most powerful!) ways to stay healthy: handwashing.

👉 Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds—especially before eating, after coughing/sneezing, and after using the restroom.
👉 Handwashing helps prevent the spread of colds, flu, and other germs that can impact learning.
👉 When soap and water aren’t available, hand sanitizer is a great backup.

Together, we can keep our classrooms safe, healthy, and ready for learning. 💙

us September 11 Remembrance us

Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families forever changed on September 11, 2001.

As a school community, we reflect on the importance of unity, resilience, and compassion. We are grateful to all first responders and service members who continue to protect and serve.

Let us never forget. 💙❤️🤍

Dear Parents and Guardians,
This morning, during student arrival, a fire alarm was activated on our campus. Our administrators and staff responded immediately, following all safety protocols. Everyone remained safe and there was no real emergency. Once the fire department arrived and inspected the building, it was discovered that it a faulty switch triggered the alarm. After a brief pause in arrival procedures, students were able to re-enter the building at 7:44. No students will be marked late for today.
We are proud of how our students and staff handled the situation calmly and responsibly. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our school a safe and focused learning environment.
Warm regards,
Mr. Slater
Clayton HS Principal
