✔️ Even if your family does not meet the financial guidelines, submitting the form STILL helps us capture important data that allows us to continue providing free meals for all students.
✔️ Your form helps bring funding, programs, and resources directly to our Clayton students.
✔️ If you already submitted a Free Meal Form for the 2025–2026 school year, you do NOT need to submit another one. We already have it on file, and your household will be entered into the raffle automatically. (No calls regarding application submissions will be accepted. If you are unsure about whether you applied for this school year, you are welcome to reapply.)
